Humans At Work (HAW), a brand by Jules Harrison, is an international platform dedicated to providing knowledge and guidance on both common and uncommon challenges faced by individuals and organisations. Prior to working with us, HAW lacked a cohesive brand identity and an engaging online presence that effectively communicated their mission to showcase the unique strengths of every individual.

Design & developments

The hummingbird, which symbolises impactful work and the appreciation of one’s abilities, is the brand's main inspiration. We crafted a logo featuring a front-facing hummingbird in flight with open wings, signaling openness and the willingness to try or learn something new. The design process focused on creating a brand that embodied the essence of personal growth and organisational transformation.

Aesthetic

Drawing inspiration from the hummingbird, we developed a vibrant and dynamic aesthetic for HAW. The brand’s colour palette was chosen to reflect the liveliness and energy of the hummingbird, while the overall design maintained a sense of openness and inclusivity.

Website

We designed a website that seamlessly integrated HAW's new branding, providing an engaging and user-friendly platform for their audience. The site features learning and development guides, podcasts, blogs, and videos that showcase how others have dealt with similar challenges. The clear navigation and visually appealing layout make it easy for users to find and engage with the content.

Brand application

We developed a comprehensive set of brand assets for HAW, including the logo, colour palette, typography, and visual elements inspired by the hummingbird. These assets were designed to be versatile and easily applicable across various platforms and media. The consistent use of these elements reinforces HAW's brand identity and message, making it instantly recognisable.

The transformation

The transformation of Humans At Work’s branding and website was significant. The new logo and aesthetic created a strong, cohesive brand identity that effectively communicated HAW’s mission. The website done in Kajabi, provided an engaging and user-friendly platform for their audience, enhancing their online presence. Overall, the project successfully showcased HAW’s commitment to personal growth and organisational transformation, attracting a wider audience and fostering a deeper connection with their community.
